Pilot's reconstruction service specializes in two main areas.

First is major reconstruction bringing older, out-dated apartments and strip centers up to date by removing old wood, reconstructing marquises roof valances, balconies, adding new foam details and blending new stucco to existing stucco. This economical process beautifies, modernizes, adds value, reduces vacancies and increases rents. We also convert carports into garages, enabling property owners to add value and increase rents.

Second is general maintenance including wood replacement for damaged wood caused by dry rot, termite infestation and moisture. The most common areas are patio covers, decks, fences, fascia, doors and trim. We also specialize in the repair and replacement of stucco, drywall and wrought iron.
